49 yr old professional searching for a 2 or 3 bedroom to rent in SRB or Miramar Beach. I prefer to buy, but I need to move ASAP. Is anyone willing to rent while securing financing?
I moved to the area in September of 2015 and have been in Destin for the last 4 years. I have one HUGE obstacle. I have a 9 yr old pitbull. I would add the owner as an additional insured on my renter's policy. I have rented my place in Destin with him since April 2017.
