Looking for a monthly rental starting October (beginning or middle of the month ideally but okay if it's later). Looking for anywhere from 2-6 months! 2 adults, 1 child. Looking for 3 bedrooms minimum and under 4k a month for fall/winter rate. Would like it to not have any water damage as we are moving to the area to get fresh/clean air for my 1yo who has mold illness.
