ISO one bedroom, pet friendly for yorkie

I am looking for a one bedroom, preferably furnished, for myself and my 6lb yorkie. Looking for something in Feb or March. I have lived in Blue Mountain Beach before and am familiar with the area. Anything from Destin to the east end of 30A would be perfect. Also prefer to be south of 98. Please let me know if you have anything.
