Iso Rental In Freeport

Couple looking for a rental in Freeport within walking/biking distance to the Freeport Publix. Both have full time jobs, no children and no pets and both are non smokers. Quiet respectful and always pay rent and bills on time. Need to keep it around 750ish if no utilities are included but can go up to 1000 inclusive. 1 bedroom is fine but 2 is better.
Would also be open to a roommate situation if you happen to have a place. We are not into the party scene and no 420 so hopefully this would describe any potential roommate as well.
Also open to purchase a place in the 75,000 and below range. Can get our own financing or owner financing with a decent down payment would work too. Again, needs to be within a reasonable walking/biking distance from the Freeport Publix.
