Hey Girls. I'm heading down to Moss Pt MS to see my parents tomorrow too. Jancy is already there. She was at the beach and went over today. Things are really crazy. The girl's other grandma in Kansas is in the hospital not expected to make it for long. Jen and Jancy and the boys are driving to KS on Sunday. Joy and Julie may fly there. I would really like to go too but just don't see how right now. Pray for their safe travels. All my kiddies.

That's the spirit, Miss Kitty. I you gull. In memory of my little gullfriend, Paige, I ask that this S/D/C partay could be extended in to Friday nite this week. I'm already fn smokin' and cussin' with my foffee this mornin'. Can I get a hail yeah from somebody please? It's friday and Paige woulda loved it. Last Friday she was packin' up her camper to go with hubby after his work to the Fernandina Shrimp Fest, near Jax, where she never woke up. Sounded like she never got to really start her party last weekend. Went to sleep early. Exhausted.

Today, now that I'm back in Tennessee, I feel so . I guess it's the stage. I shoulda kept in touch with her. Hadn't seen her in 8 years. I guess our busy lives just got in the way. She was tryin' to work it out with hubby 4. She was having some very hard times evidently. I just didn't know how hard. I wish I woulda called her. Her sister and momma live in Jax too. Her and her sis used to play with me and my sis. We were a few doors down in our apts, 1966~. We all 4 wore matching sundresses with pixie haicuts and brown as biscuits. We swam in that swimmin' pool all day for a few years together until my fam moved off to ATL. She loved the beach. She woulda loved a trip to sowal. Sorry this is way over 14 lines with a lotta woulda, coulda, shouldas. :nono1: The radio just played "One is the loneliest Number" and "All the Leaves are Brown" Must be a 60's show on the college radio . Oh sheeeet now they're playin', "Ain't No Sunshine when She's Gone". I love this music. So woulda Paige. Oh hail, let's carry on this one S/D/C party all day long. . She was the kinda gull that woulda gave you her last dime if you needed it, loved animals, picked up strays, and was always the one to make you smile just with her smile, and them sparkly eyes. (Her 18 year old son got one of her kittys to move to Bham with him) Ya'll know those kinda gullfriends can be hard to come by? She will be missed by many.
Afunn and Smama, prayin' for your momma and kids safety and security through thier tests and journeys, along with my baby gull in Italy studyin' for a month, and now Paige's boy. He said he just wanted to call his momma's number but knew she wouldn't answer the phone. I will keep in touch with Paige's boy. He too likes the beach. I invited him and his lil' gullfriend, plus Bham is not far from here.

well, then I don't feel so bad. after telling you I would check in last night, I too fell asleep and that was that! kinda weird not S/D/C on Thursday night! hey, I feel pretty good today. wonder why...:roll:

I hate I missed the party. However, it sounds like alot of us have very serious issues going on right now. My thoughts and prayers are with SM and her girls, Allifunn and her family, Seacrestkristi you are in my thoughts as well.

So I'm trying to figure out if I can go to Kansas with them on Sunday. Must talk to my director at work and see if they can live without me for a few days. I REALLY want to go with them. Talked to their dad this morning and he said he thinks it will be today but we all know that we never know! Would love for the girls to get to talk to her one more time but they are realistic. Thanks for your prayers!

So sorry SM. Her and Paige are both walkin' the streets of gold now I'm sure of it. It is pourin' down up here right now. Wrecks all over. We even had hail while we were out drivin' around. :shock:
