Hello, we have a three bedroom, 2 bath home available for rent January - April 2014. It has a deeded beach access and the beach is 200 yards from the front of the house. There is a 40ft screened front porch of additional living space. It is located 1/4 mile west of Alys Beach in Seacrest. This house puts you at arms length to the spring activities at Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and everything else along Scenic HWY 30A as well as Pier Park and Destin.
