We have lived on 30A in a rental for almost two years and are looking for a home to rent that we could buy at the end of our lease. My wife teaches at Butler and I am in Orthopedic Surgical Sales. We have to show 2 years of income as a small business owner to get a loan and we really only want to move one last time. If you have a home you are thinking about selling in the next year and would be willing to rent please be in touch. We are not desperate and do not want to do a lease to own. We just need to rent one more year before we buy and really don’t want to move more than once.
