Glad to be a part of the community 
My family and I are just completing a vaction home on the southwest side of 30A and we cant wait to start enjoying it. I have been coming to the area (Destin) for over thirty years (back when there wasn't much of anything here) and plan to keep coming for many more. I have 3 kids (3,5,10) who really like it here also. Look forward to chattin with the community as time goes on.
