The home that we are in now in Inlet Beach is being foreclosed on and there is a possible buyer so we need to leave. We are looking for a large 3 or 4 bedroom home with a garage or at least some kind of storage on the property. I also have 2 small dogs that are completely housebroken. My children go to Emerald Coast Middle & South Walton High so I am looking to stay within the district and within my work area. Actually, we would love to be within 15-20 minutes from 30A between Watercolor and Rosemary Beach. We have a property management company and I need to be close in case we get a call. I need to be under $1500 monthly with utilities.
