Oversee Rentals is a fast-growing vacation rental management company offering a variety of rental properties along Scenic 30A and Front Beach Rd surrounded by the white sandy beaches of South Walton County and Bay County Florida.
Oversee is looking for someone to join their vacation rental management team as Laundry Tech. This position will support all aspects of the property ensuring the highest levels of service and hospitality are provided. Some of the responsibilities include ensuring that all necessary linens and towels, laundry provisions, soaps, paper products and amenities are prepared for each guest arrival.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
· Team player
· Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision.
· Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
· Organized, detailed and time management oriented.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Self-confident, self-motivated, self-starter, flexible, results-oriented and success driven.
· Ability to learn software applications used in the daily operations of the business.
· Polished professional presence and demeanor
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
REQUIREMENTS
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must have cell phone.
