Do you go? Is it a tradition? White or colored?

went this year for the first time in this sleepy little town, i had to take my drink with me therefore mr. aggb had to drive. lemme just tell ya, never let a man drive while trying to look at christmas lights. what's fun (to me) is piling in the suburban/van/bus with friends and taking a cooler, with a dd of course.

The last time we went I was pregnant with Jayden 2 yrs ago. We thought all the walking around Lake DeFuniak would get her moving along, but, alas, it was a full two weeks later.

Love to see the lights though and we may go before it's over with.

Go seeking the Tacky Light Tour. It's absolutely fabulous!

This is what we do. Only problem is, no one wants to be the dd. But, since I'm the oldest and bossiest, I designate someone.

We go every year on Christmas Eve, after church.

In Memphis we have this wonderful light display of over a million lights at Shelby Farms Park, you ride through. It is the best.

The lake in Defuniak is a must see. Some how squirrels and dinosaurs get worked in there. :idontno:

I love those squirrels! I didn't get to go last year, but I think the year before had some dolphins, too.

We're going up tomorrow night to do Christmas Eve with the grands, and we'll drive through--might even throw some hay in the back of the pickup and make it a hayride...:wave:

I also like the parachuting reindeer off the top of that tall bank in Panama City... so cute!

I'm always impressed when someone has the guts to include colored lights in their display in SoWal!

I have noticed many people in Memphis are going with Elvis's blue Christmas lights this year, is it a sign of the times. :idontno:
