I asked a question on another thread but have since answered that one. Can you put limewire downloads on your ipod? Also, other than buying itunes and adding cd's, can you put anything else on an ipod? :idontno:

That sounds easy enoug but I'm still having trouble. I'll play around a little more and hopefully I'll figure it out. At least I know they're compatible. Thanks a bunch!

Just do a File/Import and import the files into iTunes.

Also, other than buying itunes and adding cd's, can you put anything else on an ipod? :idontno:OL, what I do is once the Limewire file is downloaded, drag it to the desktop, then open your "My Music" folder and dump it in there. After downloading it from Limewire, it will open the file through iTunes automatically, but you need to have it backed up in your music folder. If any of this makes sense... :idontno: Sorry if I'm confusing.
Thanks everyone...for some reason itunes is blocking my limewire library. I checked the firewall and unblocked it but it's still not working. I found a backa$$ward way of doing it. I know it's gotta be easier than this but hey, I've got 8 new songs on the ole ipod for free! I don't like it...I love it! I've spent a fortune on itunes since christmas and I'm happy to have been led to another source!
