Local Professional Looking For Place To Rent

Hey Guys,

I am a 31yo local professional looking for a place to rent on the East side of 30a or Pt Washington. I work Monday-Friday 8-5 and I am very quite and respectful. I am looking for a pet friendly 1 or 2 bedroom house. I need it as soon as possible and I would be open to signing either a six or 8 month lease. That way you can have it back in time to rent out next summer. I am looking to buy a house in that time as well. I would like to move in around the 1st of August.
