Long Term Lease: 1 or 2 bedrooms, Carriage House, etc near 30A

My name is Briana & I recently relocated back to the area after earning my nursing degree at FSU. I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom in the 30A area. I've rented a carriage house before near Seaside & loved it. I would love to find something similar. I would like full kitchen (even if mini size), clean, and washer & dryer would be fabulous but not a must. I am 30, not married, a non-smoker, I don't have any kids or pets & don't plan on having either anytime soon 😉 Price range is $500 to $900.
