Long Term local with references needing a long term rental

Hi~ I am a local and a business owner looking for a long term rental. My Landlord is selling the home I'm in now unexpectedly. May 1st to June 1st would be my move in date. My Price range can be up to $3000 a month.
Multiple references can be provided and long term local rental history.
I would prefer a 3/2 at the minimum but I would entertain anything at this point.
