This gorgeous pet-friendly end unit Townhome has been recently renovated and boasts a brand new in-unit washer and dryer as well as a 200-yard walk to public beach access(yes, it's still public). This beautiful location in Cassine Gardens includes two pools, tennis courts in the middle of walking trails, and a wonderful lagoon with a fountain. This is a two-story townhome with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. There is a porch swing on the back patio as you walk out of your master bedroom, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. For storage, there is a huge linen closet on the ground floor located between the bedrooms. The home comes fully furnished, but if you prefer your own furnishings, we can accommodate that as well. Storage closets are available outside the unit. This townhome is in historic Seagrove Village on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Come take a look.
