Long Term Rental 1 to 2 Bedrooms

We are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom long term rental to move into by April 1st or sooner, if possible. We are a family of three with a 7lb Chaweenie, Paco; he is five years old, sweet and well trained. We have lived in this area for three years. I work for the local cable comany and my husband works for a local A/C company. We are extremelyclean and will take really good care of your home. We have just grown out of our current home and would like to find something a little closer the the beach if possilbe (not necessary).
