Single, mature, responsible female seeking long term rental of unfurnished 1bd/1ba (will consider 2/2 if price is right) between Seagrove and west end of PCB. Would entertain an older cottage that needs a little tlc. No carpet a plus! Can pay up to $600 excluding utilities. I don't smoke, do drugs or have pets. I need to locate place before Oct 31, 2009.
