Long Term Rental Needed 3-4 bedroom

I have a family of 7 and 2 small dogs. We are looking to move to Santa Rosa Beach on May 6th. We've been on the lookout for a 4 bedroom home to accomidate us while we search the area for a home to buy. I seem to be having trouble finding someone willing to rent to us. I have no credit history due to the fact I own (no leans or payments owed) my home here in Colorado. I also own (no leans or payments owed) another property here in CO. We do not borrow money for anything and I do not possess any credit cards. Therefore I have no credit score. This seems to be a deal breaker in the rental industry. We are getting down to the wire. I have boxes packed and truck rented. I need a place to stay. Does anyone know of have a 3 or 4 bedroom house that would fit my family.
