Long Term Rental Wanted by Family with Lots of Pets-no rush

We are a family of five with lots of pets. We have the best rental property and landlord ever except for one thing...the house that we are living in is tiny. We have been living in this tiny space for a year and a half with one of our sweet children sleeping in our living room. We would like to move eventually if we can find another great landlord. We like the Point Washington area but are willing to move as far as just over the bridge on 331. We can provide references and will take excellent care of a rental. Our ideal home would be at least 3 bedrooms with a fenced yard, nice neighbors, and a landlord that understands our love of animals.
