Long term rental

My husband is battling lung cancer and the property we are renting is up for sale. We are looking for a ground floor apt or home with 2 bedrooms and at least 1 1/2 baths. We need something with reasonable rent. We would also consider a rent to own home or owner finance property. We would like to stay in Santa Rosa Beach or surrounding area.
