Hello Karen, hoping this is not rented? If not please call me ASAP my name is brandi@ 850-687-3690. I know everyone is in ASAP mode, lol, but we were actually thrown into like a Ping pong ball. We just moved from Atlanta, got a what we thought was going to be our permanent home. Renting it until all papers and everything was worked out, the owner was actually my husbands new boss, who although intentions may of been good went seriously bad. he offered my husband the world, to work for him money, his home, ect, than after uprooting our family from all my family in ga, told bob he didn't need him anymore after summer was over. ( my husband has done HVAC technician for over 25 years. So needless to say right as I was packing to move home he got another job. Then June 17th is opening his own HVAC company serving the santa rosa, seaside, seacrest, sea view and more area. What a long stress full ride for a year. We need a long term for one year and than we are buying. If your place is not available do you know anything else?
