Looking for 1 bedroom around or on 30a

Hey! I'm interested in finding a place around 30a, even somewhere in point Washington or chat Holley is fine but not as far as miramar/San destin.
A 1 bedroom or studio is all I'm looking for and it could be furnished or unfurnished, anything from a carriage house to an apartment is perfect! It just needs to be under like $750 a month.
I'm looking for something for probably longer than just the summer, maybe even up to a year or two.
Would love to hear about any openings within the next month or so!
