Looking for 1 BR: condo or carriage house along 30A

I am a professional 27 y/o female who moved from WI last July looking to for a long-term rental beginning in July (or sooner if necessary). I work for 30A Escapes Luxury Vacation Rentals as a Marketing Property Manager. I love the outdoors & love to just relax as well!
