Looking for 1 or 2 bedroom longterm rental

I am looking for a long term 1 or 2 bedroom rental in the south walton area or possibly Freeport. This is for myself and my disabled mother. We are very clean and quiet. We are moving because we lost our roomate and cannot afford the $1200 rent where we are. I am a small business owner in So. Walton and have been here for 15 years. References available.
