Looking for 1BR/Carriage House/roommate

Hi there! I am a business professional in Rosemary Beach and therefore want to stay in the area. I'm originally from Georgia but I recently moved back from Australia and currently live between RB and Pier Park. Would like to stay near(ish) 30A, as it would be easy to get to work. Interested in long term leases beginning at the end of February. I'm super clean, no pets/relationships (haha), and stay busy and active! I also am a former au pair, so I wouldn't be opposed to living with the right people. If anyone has any leads, I'd appreciate it. Happy days!
