My wife and I are looking for a long-term rental along 30A within walking distance to the beach for the two of us and our two 10lb non-shedding shih-tzu dogs (ages 6 and 9). We are flexible with start date / term and willing to do a 10 month rental for owners who seek to maximize vacation rental income during June/July and would start a rental early to mid August through May 2022.
A little about us - we are both accountants in Washington, DC and able to work remotely for our jobs. Although we both work long hours we want to move to better enjoy our time outside of work including the warmer weather and beach.
