On the website there is just long term rentals and vacation.
SoWal is unique. Anything more than a week is usually not a vacation rental but not necessarily long term. A lot of people look for summer rentals which kind of falls in between vacation rental and long term. Maybe we need a summer rental and/or Snowbird category.
