Family of 4, excellent credit, current homeowners in Seacrest want to rent a larger home, must have at least one car garage and would like a 3000 SF or larger home to rent for up to one year. Would rent a home that is listed for sale and be willing to move back out when sold. Will pay $3000 to $5000 per month for exceptional home. Prefer Rosemary, Watercolor or Seaside because we like to be a part of an active neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants.
