Looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom pet friendly

I'm a recent college graduate planning to move to the area by early August with my 13 year old lab mix. Looking to sign a 1 year lease for a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom place under $1300/month. Furnished is preferred.
