Wanted Looking for a 1br/1bath or room to rent

Howdy,

My lease ends in a few months at the end of August and I am trying to find a place to move to. I do not mind signing in July. Current roommate smokes in the house even though I have repeatedly asked him not to, so I need to find something else. I can afford $1,200 a month but I would prefer to be paying less than that. I work security at Sandestin and if I'm not at work 90% of the time I'm just going to be in my room. If anyone has any ideas please reach out to me.

That's currently where I'm at but won't be staying due to the roommate situation. Might trying renting another unit and listing the spare room, but the 1 bedrooms cost 1,400-1,500
