Looking for house: S. of 98, E. of Destin, = or <300K, 2k Sq.Ft.

Hi. I am searching for a home with the criteria listed below. There's a lot out there, and I'm trying to weed through it all...Thought I'd post a Wanted listing to see if anyone knew of a special house for sale...

South of 98
East of Destin
Equal or <300K range
At least 2K square feet
At least 2BR, need an office, too
Sidewalk for walking dogs and running long distances
Walking or biking distance to the beach

Thanks, in advance.
