Single college professional with small pet (dachshund) looking for a long-term rental close to beach, close to bike trails on 30A. Unfurnished, W/D hookups, a minimum of 2BR and 2BA. I work remotely and would really prefer a 3BR for an office if possible for my price. Looking to move at the end of September, early October.

We have a home for rent in Blue Mountain Beach. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story with carport. We live in the home currently and will be moving into our new home in September. You are welcome to come look at the home to see if it would suit your needs.

Hi there --- I would be interested. I would like more information as well, such as rental price, deposit and anything else you might share. I will be down in Seacrest starting on Saturday (9/1) through the next Sunday (9/9), if it is possible to get with you when I am down. Thank you!

I have a very nice place 3br unfurnished in Seagrove Highlands. Available Sept 21st but prob only available until March 10th. Will probably furnish soon if don't find anyone wanting 6 mos rental.

We are moving from our 2BR/2BA rental on Redfish Circle in Blue Mountain in October. You are welcome to come and look at it. We are right on the bike trail and can walk to the beach. Rent is $1100 a month, unfurnished. Call Kurt or Cindy at 828-712-0486.

Yes --- I'm not too worried about a yard since she doesn't go out without being on a leash.
