If he likes his privacy and is looking for an apartment, we have one of our smaller one bedroom apartments coming open in September. The rent is $1865. The apartment comes with washer, dryer all kitchen appliances. We have a fitness center, pool, access to a private beach area, conference room, etc. At least this way when you visit, you will have your privacy.
