Hello. I am looking for a spring break rental for 3/13 - 3/20, it will be three people and we are 21 years old. Hopefully Seaside, Grayton, Rosemary areas!

You will have a hard time finding anyone to rent to you at that age during spring break.

Typically you need to be 25+ in order to rent short term in the area.

We set our minimum age to 30 during spring break. I have replaced too many broken things and heard hours worth of stories from other units.
