Looking for Studio or 1br on 30A for myself an car

New to this site, trying to locate a carriage house for a single female, no pets, no drama as I'm waiting for closing 2023 with my items in storage. I'm clean, quiet. Looking for Studio- 1 bedroom for myself and car. Prefer Santa Rosa Beach-Rosemary Beach area.
