Hi ~ I am a new local business owner looking for an unfurnished, one BR one BA condo/apartment/carriage house along 30A ideally between Blue Mountain and Rosemary. However, I will go as far as Carrillon on West PCB. I have my own furniture as well as a very house trained 3lb yorkie. I would love to move in APR 1 but if the right fit...will rent it for MAR 1. Hi Marilyn ~ I own Christina D Lingerie and Swim...a new boutique located next to Goatfeathers in Blue Mountain. I'm desperately seeking to downsize to a 1BR so I can pump extra money into my business and get closer to PC because that's where my folks are. I hope this carriage house is still available!
