I have a 1BR 2 BA condo at the Palms of Seagrove. Unit is furnished. Palms is an ocean front/side comples south of 30A. Walking distance to Seaside, about 1/2 mile or so. King size bed, full kitchen, W/D in unit. Asking 1000/month and this includes all utilities. Typically do a 1 yr lease but can do 9 months (beleive that is the time frame you are looking at).
