Quiet professional couple soon to be retirees looking for accommodations to stay when we visit while we oversee construction of our new house. We anticipate starting construction this Fall with completion the end of next year (2022). Looking for a longer term monthly rental within 30 minutes of 30A to shower & sleep while we are visiting which will be infrequent. Studio Apt or spare room with bathroom would be ideal.
