Wanted Lost home to fire!

Saturday night, our home in Pelican Bay burned and we lost everything including one of our dogs. We are looking for a rental preferrably LTR that we can rent. We have one dog left, shes a mutt, 12 yrs but very sweet and well behaved. She's never chewed or torn anything, not a yapper and weighs about 45lbs. 3-4k is as high as we'd like to go. 3+ br. We both work from home so we need ample space. I am a real estate appraiser.

If you haven't already check your "loss of use" this is money to cover rent while you rebuild. Don't assume that you'll rebuild in a year. Contractors are stretched pretty thin.

We are considering limitations and why we capped the rent. If it goes beyond that point it will be out of pocket so we are setting the budget accordingly. Market corrections are beginning. Building is slowing, rates for purchase are ridiculous, foreclosures are increasing, prices are starting to see declines, market times are increasing.
