Our tenants closing went through so we can officially say this house is for rent starting June 1st. We will be in SRB the first week of May to prepare the home for new tenants and will be showing it then.

It rents unfurnished except for the built in kitchen appliances and refrigerator.

I live in Sea Dunes too and pass your house everyday.  I really like it and love the big corner lot.  I hope you find a great couple or family!  I love it back where we are...backed up to the forest.  Nice and quite.   Good luck!!!!
