The first floor has a bedroom (could also be an office/entertainment room) and a bathroom. The second floor has the Master bedroom & bath with jacuzzi tub, and the two additional bedrooms have bathrooms and private balconies.
1 year lease, Non-smoking home, pets negotiable. $2350/month includes weekly pool maintenance; utilities not included. A great family home!!
