LTR - NEEDED 3 or 4 beds ( 30A or SRB )

My family is looking for a Long Term Rental on/near 30A or in Santa Rosa Beach area ( our two children play sports for South Walton ,hence we want to stay close )

We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house with at least 2 bathrooms , unfurnished,,,,,,
$1200 to $1700 price range

looking mid march but can do sooner , also willing to put deposit down today to secure....
