Hi all, I am moving to the area from Pennsylvania. I am going to work for an engineering firm over in Panama City. However, I would like to live in Walton County so that my daughter can go to Walton schools. For commuting purposes, I would like a LTR on the East end of 30A say in the general Rosemary Beach area or on that same end but off of 98. We are a family of 3 and would like a 3 Bedroom is possible that is unfurnished. Please let me know if you have anything. Thanks. Tony
