I have a condo for sale that has just been remodeled. The living room/dining room has new hardwood floors, kitchen/entry- tile, and bedrooms new carpet. The condo has been freshly painted. The hot water heater is new. The condo comes with a washer/dryer, but I can remove it if not needed. The cabinets/countertops are all new in the kitchen and bathrooms. Sinks and appliances are all new with new dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator (all stainless steel). The condo is not furnished though. The condo is 836 square feet with a balcony and storage closet off the balcony. The condo does not have a gulf view, but it is south of 30-A and has boardwalk access to the beach along with swim and tennis. Here is my ad:
