Oh that is right! He will be leaving the country now....I am sure Cosat Rica offers good healthcare. Wow..he will be missed...NOT!

Costa Rica has great universal health care - and even though he is not a citizen, Rush can pay a small fee and be covered.
Though I wish he had picked a colder climate to scuttle off to - no wish to see THAT in a swimsuit!
