Property Management company in Miramar Beach looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to execute maintenance in our properties. Must be reliable and have a great eye for detail with knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, minor plumbing, and painting. Evaluate major repairs that will require a vendor schedule with work order and follow thru till complete.
