Kalos Dwellings is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our vacation homes safe, functional, and guest-ready. This role handles routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and occasional emergency calls using Breezeway software.
What You’ll Do
• Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently
• Complete routine inspections & preventative maintenance
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs
• Work closely with the property management team
• Follow safety standards and maintain tools & supplies
What We’re Looking For
• Maintenance experience preferred (property or hospitality a plus)
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical & HVAC systems
• Comfortable using hand & power tools
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and use ladders
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable using software for work orders
