[*]Working knowledge of appliance repair [*]Competencies in every day plumbing and HVAC repairs [*]Ability to repair doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry [*]Remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision. [*]Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as well as after hour callouts [*]CPO Certification is preferred.
