Here, local and seasonal ingredients drive the inspiration for both the food and beverage program. Guests have a choice between an 18-seat bar, 12-seat raw bar, or the 120-seat dining room. The fresh and vibrant flavors of The CITIZEN are showcased in a variety of menu items, many of which will be cooked over a wood fired hearth, offering a nod to coastal, Southern fare. He/She is responsible for greeting customers as they enter a restaurant, take their reservations or put them on a waiting list, provide menus and show them to their seats. He/She may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu, as well as assist various restaurant staff when necessary.
